E-ticket

The electronic ticket record — a 13-digit number beginning with the airline’s code — that is the actual contract of carriage. Every negotiated fare we sell issues as a standard e-ticket on the operating or marketing carrier, verifiable directly with the airline. If a seller cannot produce an e-ticket number that validates, you have not bought a ticket.
