Payments
You approve the itinerary. Then, and only then, you pay.
The order of operations never changes: you request a quote, a specialist sends bookable options, and nothing costs anything until you approve a written itinerary with the total on it. There is no deposit to see prices, no card required to ask, and no fee for the quote itself.
When you do approve, payment is taken against that written total — the number on the itinerary is the number charged, taxes and carrier surcharges included. Your tickets issue as standard airline e-tickets, and every e-ticket number we send can be verified directly with the airline before you fly.
Two protections are built into the sequence. The ticketing deadline on your quote tells you exactly how long the price is held, so you are never deciding against a countdown you cannot see. And because tickets issue only after payment against an approved itinerary, there is no scenario where you are charged for something you have not seen in writing.
Payment questions
Do I need to pay anything to get a quote?
No. Quotes are free, no card details are taken, and asking creates no obligation. Payment enters the conversation only after you approve a written itinerary.
How do I know the tickets are real?
Every booking issues standard airline e-tickets with 13-digit ticket numbers. Check any of them on the operating airline’s own website or app — the reservation, the cabin and the fare conditions are all visible there, independent of us.
What happens if the fare changes before I decide?
Your quote states its ticketing deadline — the date the held price expires. Inside that window the number is committed; past it we re-quote honestly rather than pretend. Nothing is ever charged to “lock” a price without your approval.
