Fare rules

The printed conditions attached to a fare: change fees, refundability, validity, routing restrictions, accrual rates. Negotiated fares carry rules like any other — sometimes stricter on refunds, often surprisingly flexible on changes — and the only honest way to sell them is to print the rules on the quote. Ours state change and refund conditions before you pay, not after.
