Group fare

A negotiated rate for ten or more passengers travelling together, contracted directly with the airline’s group desk. Group contracts trade price for process: deposits and name deadlines instead of instant ticketing, but held space without full payment and one negotiated rate across the party. For board retreats, incentive trips and family milestones in premium cabins, the group channel frequently beats ten separate bookings — and holds the seats together, which the public channel cannot promise.
