Unpublished fare

Any fare that does not appear in public reservation displays: consolidator contracts, corporate deals, group allocations and tour-operator rates. Unpublished does not mean unofficial — these fares are filed with the airline and ticketed normally — it means the airline restricts who may see and sell them. Most of the gap between what a search engine shows and what a good quote comes back at is unpublished inventory.
