Amenity kit

The branded pouch of flight essentials handed out in premium cabins — skincare, eyeshades, earplugs, socks, in collaborations airlines rotate seasonally. Kits are soft product: pleasant, collectible for some, and utterly secondary to the seat. We mention them mostly to make a point about buying priorities — no kit ever fixed an angle-flat seat, and the money follows the hard product. That said, on the flagship carriers the kit quality does track overall service investment.
